1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BluLink ("the Service"), operated by BluLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

BluLink is a personal profile link sharing platform that allows users to create a shareable profile page containing their links, social media, contact information, and other content. Users receive a unique URL (e.g., blulink.me/username) and can generate QR codes for their profile.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Collect or harvest user information without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to BluLink ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service (e.g., displaying your profile to visitors).

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We are not responsible for User Content and may remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology (excluding User Content), is owned by BluLink and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent. The BluLink name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Your profile may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media, real estate platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services (including Google Sign-In) is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLULINK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BluLink and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Account Settings in the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by law.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BluLink regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
